Hi, I'm Jodie.
The veg growing, digital artist and founder of Jodie Simone.
Feeling like it was the beginning of a new era for me as newlywed in 2012, I began thinking of ways to leave the hospitality industry I had been in for a decade. I was inspired by my DIY wedding and with an encouraging nudge from my new husband I launched The Moss Letter Company in 2013, making moss covered letters for weddings and events.
Dad came on board in 2014 and we expanded the range to other letter-y goods and wire work and changed our name to The Letter Loft. For ten happy years we have worked together making botanical and industrial personalised cake toppers, wreaths and wall art.
In 2024 Dad retired from the business and feeling like it was a great time to bring a fresh lease of life into what I have built, my new brand Jodie Simone was born. After retraining as an illustrator and surface pattern designer, my work is inspired by my garden and travels, mainly bringing to life the vibrant beauty of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
