Do you make the products yourself?
Yes! We hand make all our products from our top quality cake topper, wire wall art, floral wreaths and everything in-between.

Is the wire food safe?
Yes, completely safe wire and paints for food.
What colour wire can I have?
We use stainless steel and powder coat the colour on top. Our brand is metallics and chroma so our best selling colours are copper, gold, silver, black and white, but we do stock other colours. Don’t see your colour theme? Send us a message and we'll do our best to source it.
Do you do custom cake toppers?
Yes, we've made camels, people, names, flowers etc. Go to the custom listing in 'cake toppers'.

Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, apart from the ones with gold metallic hearts which can't go in the microwave.
Will the print come off?
We use a top quality, food safe, lifelong print.
Flowers
Are the flowers real?
We use a mix of faux and dried flowers - please see the product description for details the flowers used for each item.
How do I take care of the dried flowers?
It is recommended that dried flowers are kept out of direct sunlight, away from damp and a heat source like a radiator. This will increase their longevity.

How long until you ship?
We ship within 3 working days, sometimes same day. We offer next day delivery for urgent purchases.
Do you ship to my Country?
We ship worldwide with speedy tracked options. Don't see your country? Please message us for a quote.
Has my shipment got tracking?
We have various option in checkout. Please choose a tracked upgrade if you require tracking. Free shipping options will not have tracking.

How do you package your items?
We take great care with our packaging. Where we can, we use paper tape, recycled boxes, cane fibre biodegradable stickers, natural filler, real petals, eco tissue paper.We research all our supplies and endeavour to make the best choices for the environment.
Do you use dyed flowers?
We only use completely naturally dried flowers and do not use dyes or bleach. We are in the process of growing our own mini 'flower farm' so we can reduce our footprint further.
